The project involves construction of Dubai Techno Park which was initially called the Mohammed Bin Rashid Techno Park (MRTP). The park will offer technology research and manufacturing firms around the globe tax-exempt status and the opportunity to work in proximity with similar industries. The Park will initially focus on 3 major areas: a Desalination Cluster, Oil and Gas Cluster and an Environment Resources and Management Cluster
